Junior Financial Planning & Analysis Controller

Purpose
Join our Finance team and grow in an international, English-speaking environment, working closely with the accounting teams and the Executive Committee (ExCom). You will be part of a six-person team, contributing to the financial planning and performance management of our corporate functions.
This permanent position is based in Courbevoie, starting in January 2027.
Key Missions
• Support the Corporate Controller Manager in the financial planning and performance management of corporate functions, including Finance, HR, IT, Marketing, Legal and Facilities.
• Prepare and deliver monthly financial reporting and performance analysis, including actuals vs. Budget, and Forecast.
• Analyze financial variances, identify key business drivers and provide clear explanations and actionable insights to management.
• Support the Budget, Forecast, coordinating inputs from corporate functions and ensuring consistency and accuracy of assumptions.
• Partner with functional leaders to monitor headcount, operating expenses, project costs and key financial KPIs
• Perform ad hoc financial and business analyses to support management decision-making, including cost analysis, profitability analysis, trend analysis, scenario modelling and specific management requests.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and financial analyses for management and ExCom reviews.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards and analytical tools to improve visibility on business performance and support decision-making.
• Work closely with Finance and business stakeholders to improve data quality, reporting processes and financial transparency.
• Actively contribute to the optimization and development of ERP processes and reporting, including data extraction, financial master data, reporting structures and process improvements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across FP&A and Controlling processes.
• Provide support on various cross-functional Finance projects and ad hoc assignments as required by the Corporate Controller and senior management.
Profile & Other Information
Education and Experience
- Master’s degree from a business school or equivalent, with a specialization in Finance or Management Control.
- Recent graduate or 1–2 years of experience.
Required Skills
- Sound knowledge of management control.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft 365.
- Fluency in French and English.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Familiarity with Power BI.
- Experience in auditing or in an international environment.
