Context

As part of the development and optimization of our information systems, we are looking for an IT apprentice to strengthen our IT team.

You will contribute to continuous improvement projects for business applications, the administration of user request management tools, and process automation within a DevOps framework.

Key Missions

Key Responsibilities

Application Support and ERP

  • Assist users in resolving incidents and handling change requests.
  • Analyze business requirements and propose process improvements.
  • Write and maintain technical and user documentation.
  • Implement monitoring tools.

DevOps and Automation

  • Contribute to the implementation and improvement of CI/CD pipelines.
  • Participate in application and infrastructure monitoring.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve the quality and reliability of software releases, working closely with the Tech Lead based in India.

Project Management

Contribute to digital transformation projects.

Track action items and report progress to the IT Manager.

 

Candidate Profile

Education

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science (final year) or in the final year of an engineering degree in Computer Science.
  • Specialization in information systems, software development, infrastructure, or DevOps.

 

Technical Skills

Required

  • Good understanding of enterprise information systems.
  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, Infor, Oracle, or equivalent solutions.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, including the V-model, Agile, risk management, and project planning.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with ticket management tools, particularly Jira, would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of DevOps principles.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.
